Our focus is power, agility, and speed using refined techniques that produces explosive results with minimal strength required. The class will cover the basics of vaulting, rolling, running, climbing and jumping as well as the key fundamentals to injury prevention to ensure the safest and most effective results.

Our FreeRunning/Parkour class is broken down into 4 levels of progression. FreeRunning Basics will teach you to move through our challenging and ever changing obstacle course using portable equipment such as: vaulting blocks, inclined walls, padded barrels, extensive bar system, gymnastics rings, climbing ropes, balance beams, and I Beams. The combination results in some of the most exciting obstacle courses you have ever traversed.

The beginner class is designed for everyone to get a feel for the moves. Different levels are designed to fit any physical capacity the person might be at whether it is their first class or they have been training for several years.
